The SM 74 project is an apartment with an area of 74 square meters, located in a modern residential complex.The customer wanted the interior of the apartment to be made in a minimalistic style, emphasizing the purity and simplicity of forms. The main focus was on using cool shades of gray, black accents and warm lighting to create a cozy and modern atmosphere.

Each piece of furniture has been carefully selected taking into account functionality and aesthetics. We used high-quality and stylish furniture with clean lines and minimalistic design, which corresponds to the overall concept of the interior. Accessories such as decorative pillows, carpets and works of art have been carefully selected to add personality and style to the interior.

Warm lighting plays a key role in creating a cozy atmosphere in the apartment. We used various light sources such as wall sconces, pendant lights and floor lamps to ensure uniform and soft lighting. This made it possible to soften the cold shades of gray and create a more comfortable living space
